Venue: Groundworks HQ, 1741 Corporate Landing Parkway, Virginia Beach, VA 23454

 

Travel Guidance

Arrive: Fly in on Monday, April 27th, 2026

Depart: Fly out after 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 29th, or early Thursday, April 30th.

 
Tentative Agenda  (subject to change)

Movie Night (optional): Monday, April 27th | 5:00 PM (casual clothes allowed)

Summit Day 1: Tuesday, April 28th | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM 

Morning Workout: Wednesday, April 29th | 6:00 AM

Summit Day 2: Wednesday, April 29th | 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Your room and tax are covered by Groundworks
  • Flights and rental cars should be booked through Egencia. Ride share / carpool is highly encouraged throughout the event.
  • Hotel accommodations have been secured based on your registration details.

 

Meals

  • Breakfast will be provided both days at 7:30 AM
  • Lunch will be provided on both days
  • Dinner will be provided on Day 1, Tuesday, April 28th at New Realm Brewing.
